Brittany Rusinack’s practice primarily focuses on the defense of commercial clients in a variety of complex disputes including premises liability, construction defects and other various litigation areas.
While attending law school in the evening, Brittany worked full time for two years as a paralegal with a focus on medical malpractice and product liability. She was a Summer Associate at a boutique New Jersey-based healthcare law firm where she focused on complex litigation focusing on the opioid crisis. Brittany finished her law school career interning in the compliance department of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield where she was introduced to White and Williams and has worked as a law clerk since March of 2019.
Recognition & Involvement
Brittany is a mentor with the New Jersey Law & Education Empowerment Program (NJ LEEP). NJ LEEP was founded in 2006 to empower youth from underserved neighborhoods in northern New Jersey to greater educational achievement through a three-fold focus on skills, habits and exposure. NJ LEEP combines law-related education programming with college access programming.
