Augusta O’Neill focuses her practice on representing clients in matters involving catastrophic loss, premises liability, product liability and commercial litigation. She frequently works on the representation of insured and self-insured businesses facing multi-million dollar claims. Augusta is also a member of the firm’s Appellate Group, where her practice involves written advocacy, motion practice and appeals.

Prior to graduating law school, Augusta served as the Research Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal and as a teaching assistant for the Legal Analysis, Writing & Research program. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Virginia A. Long of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Upon graduating from law school, Augusta clerked for the Honorable Jane Grall, a Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division of New Jersey, during the Court’s 2013-2014 term. Prior to joining White and Williams, Augusta was an associate at a midsize regional law firm, where she serviced clients spanning a wide range of industries, including construction, real estate and retail. She has done both plaintiff’s and defense work, and has argued before the Appellate Division of New Jersey.
