Tony Salvino practices exclusively in the area of workers' compensation and represents self-insured employers, third party administrators and insurance companies in all aspects of workers' compensation defense work. 

Tony is a frequent lecturer and national presenter on workers' compensation subjects as well as a frequent author of many articles in the area. He has appeared on numerous occasions on a regional television program, Law Journal, presenting the perspective of the employer in Workers' Compensation matters.

After law school, Tony clerked for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. Since these clerkships, Tony has been with White and Williams LLP.

Representative Matters

Tony represents and counsels some of the largest employers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania including, but not limited to, utility companies, national retailers, manufacturers, local and state governments, insurance companies and school districts. He has litigated hundreds of cases to successful conclusions for his clients.

Recognition & Involvement

Tony is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association committee for Appellate Selection of Judicial Candidates in which he has led investigative panels to help determine the appropriate rating to provide to judges, and individuals who aspire to be appellate judges, throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Since 2007 to the present, Tony has been selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyers. He was named a "Super Lawyer" by the "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer," Corporate Counsel edition from 2009-2013.

Tony is very active in the community. He is a Commissioner on the Upper Macungie Planning Commission. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Valley Youth House which provides prevention and intervention services, counseling, life skills and behavioral health services to abused, neglected and homeless youth and their families. Tony heads the Personnel and 401K Committees for the Board. Tony is also on the Baum School of Art Board of Trustees and is currently one of its Vice-Presidents. Tony and his wife, Pamela Kelly, were the chairs of the 2011 and 2012 Catholic Charities Gala for the Archdiocese of Allentown as well as the 2013 Lehigh County Chairpersons for the Bishop Annual Appeal. 

Tony has been elected to the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors since 2011, one of the largest Chambers in the country.
