Andrew focuses his practice on estate and tax planning, wealth transfer, asset protection and estate and trust administration. He is experienced in drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Andrew also has experience administering estates and trusts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to joining White & Williams, Andrew worked for a boutique trusts and estates firm and for the City of Philadelphia Law Department in the Tax & Revenue Unit. He also clerked for two Pennsylvania trial court judges.
During law school, Andrew was the Executive Articles and Symposium Editor for the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review. He also served as a court-appointed mediator for small claims and landlord-tenant disputes.
Andrew lives in Philadelphia with his wife and son. In his spare time he enjoys live music, cooking, and reading classic and contemporary sci-fi.
