OVERVIEW

Allison Goldberg represents hospitals, healthcare practitioners and insurance companies in healthcare and litigation matters. She brings a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to her work and strives to secure favorable outcomes for her clients.

While in law school, Allison worked full-time as a paralegal in the healthcare and litigation  groups, where she engaged with all stages of litigation and gained exposure to a wide variety of disputes. Through this experience, Allison developed an understanding of her clients’ unique needs and the most effective ways to fulfill them as an attorney.

Allison has a longstanding dedication to healthcare law. Prior to law school, she worked in both clinical and legal healthcare settings. Notably, she assisted a solo practitioner with medical malpractice claims and worked with a legal nonprofit to help low-income New Yorkers solve health insurance coverage denials. She continued to pursue her interest in healthcare law during law school, where she served on the executive board of the Health Law Society, conducted extensive public health law research, and worked in the law and compliance department at Temple University Health Systems. As an attorney, Allison is committed to maintaining an active role in healthcare related pro bono work in Philadelphia.
