Adam concentrates his practice in corporate law, securities and merger and acquisitions. He advises established and emerging businesses on complex transactions including business formation, acquisitions, sales, capital transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and financings.
Adam frequently acts as outside general counsel to corporate clients on a broad range of governance, compliance and general law matters. He also has extensive experience representing clients in private placements of securities and preparing the necessary securities filings.
Before attending law school, Adam was an accountant at a big four public accounting firm. This background helps him to better understand a client’s business and offer practical legal guidance.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Adam was an associate at a regional New Jersey firm and an associate at an Am Law 100 Firm.
