White and Williams Represents Penn National Gaming in its Partnership with NASCAR

White and Williams assisted Penn National Gaming (PNG) in securing its first partnership with a professional sports league. PNG agreed to a multi-year deal that makes PNG an authorized gaming operator of NASCAR in the United States, and gives PNG the right to develop and market NASCAR Finish Line, a NASCAR-branded, free-to-play mobile gaming app, which launched for the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series.

The White and Williams team of Josh Galante and Steven Coury assisted PNG in negotiating the terms of the partnership agreement.
