White and Williams Represents Trion Interactive
White and Williams represented Trion Interactive (“Trion”) – a leading mobile advertising platform focused on consumer packaged goods, quick service restaurant, retail, lottery, tourism, healthcare, foot traffic and footfall campaigns – in its merger with CannaVu, one of the largest curated collections of compliant advertising for cannabis and CBD marketers. The merger adds an in-house digital marketing platform that will open CannaVu to new creative capabilities, inventory availability and advertising services. The combined company will be known as Trion.io and CannaVu’s former chief executive and founder, Miles Dennison, will be its CEO. Trion.io will operate under three separate brands: CannaVu, Trion Interactive and Trion.io. The employees of both companies will continue with the combined enterprise, with new hires expected in the coming months.
