White and Williams Helps Petabyte Technology Secure $8M Series A Financing
White and Williams represented Petabyte Technology (Petabyte) in their $8 million Series A funding from Acrew Capital, Greycroft Partners, Correlation Ventures and Ridge Ventures. Petabyte, through their cloud-based solution rhapsody.vet, enables veterinary practices across the United States to modernize their practices through the use of unique and standardized medical codes and virtual medical exams. In connection with their investment in the company, Vishal Lugani from Acrew Capital and Ian Sigalow from Greycroft Partners will join Petabyte’s Board of Directors. The financing will be used to fast-track product development and expand Petabyte’s customer service team across its offices in Bellevue, WA, New York, NY, Cleveland, OH, Naples, FL and San Francisco, CA.
The transaction was led by corporate partners Lori Smith and Josh Galante, with assistance from corporate associate Jeremy Miller; tax partner John Eagan and tax counsel Steve Bowers also assisted.
