Oxford University Press Publishes 2nd Edition of "General Liability Insurance Coverage - Key Issues in Every State"
Oxford University Press has published the 2nd edition of "General Liability Insurance Coverage - Key Issues in Every State".
"Key Issues" is intended to serve as a desk reference that can quickly and conveniently provide claims professionals, brokers, risk managers, risk consultants, lawyers, regulators and judges with the law in every state for every key general liability coverage issue.
The 2nd edition contains descriptions of nearly 2,600 cases and has several updates from the first book. The 2nd edition adds:
- 150 new pages
- descriptions of nearly 700 new cases (most from 2010 and 2011)
- a new chapter surveying coverage for pre-tender defense costs
- a survey of the District of Columbia for all issues
The book was co-authored by partner Randy Maniloff and Professor Jeffrey Stempel of the University of Nevada Las Vegas Boyd School of Law.
