The Reinsurance Association of America’s Re Claims: Reinsurance Claims and Loss Management seminar is September 12-13, 2012 at the Helmsley Hotel in New York City. David Creagan and John McCarrick will speak regarding “Current Trends in D&O Liability Insurance” on Thursday, September 13.
Re Claims: Reinsurance Claims and Loss Management, a two-day program for claims, underwriting, legal and actuarial professionals, features general sessions and interactive workshops to address the more complex aspects of the claims process, including: complex case management; identifying and managing potential reinsurance coverage disputes; implementing an interdisciplinary approach to claims; learning how a treaty responds to complex claims; and the Claims Department’s contribution to a company’s bottom line. Detailed case studies are an integral part of the course and will provide hands-on experience in assessing and resolving complex reinsurance issues and claims.
