Warren Kampf is a veteran litigator with substantial trial experience. As counselor to his clients, Warren brings a steady hand when tough decisions need to be made, as they often do from the very start of disputes right up to the jury’s verdict or an arbitrator’s award. He instinctively knows the value of cases, but he also knows when more is required to gain a true appreciation of how the case should be handled. He leaves no part of an outcome to chance and chases down every lead required to do right by his clients.
He has represented a number of clients in a wide variety of litigation. He regularly defends construction companies and other businesses and their insurers in property damage, construction defect and personal injury lawsuits. He also defends various companies, hospitals and universities in premises liability matters. He also handles commercial litigation, including breach of contract disputes between companies as well as disputes between executives and their former employers.
In November 2010, Warren was elected to serve as a State Representative in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, 157th District, which serves parts of Chester and Montgomery counties.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Warren was a public defender in Chester County and an Assistant District Attorney in York, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia. He is also a former Chair of the Tredyffrin Township, Pennsylvania Board of Supervisors.
