Tracy R. Sauler Associate

Tracy Sauler is an associate in the Subrogation Department.  She handles matters concerning construction defects, negligent installations, products liability, and breaches of contract from investigation through litigation.  She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania but practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.

Before becoming an associate, Tracy worked as a law clerk in the Subrogation Department of the firm for approximately two years.
