Timothy E. Davis Partner

Tim Davis is a member of the Real Estate and Finance Groups and the firm's Executive Committee.  He has over 20 years of experience representing insurance companies, financial institutions and investors.  He is a trusted advisor to clients who rely on his strategic advice and high level of service. 

Tim represents clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including first mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, senior-subordinate participations, "B" notes and other co-lender and intercreditor arrangements. He has extensive experience in the sale and purchase of commercial properties, including ground lease structures.

He also counsels insurance industry clients on risk management and risk transfer solutions.

Tim is a frequent moderator and panelist at real estate industry conferences.

• Representation of financial institution in $175 million mortgage loan financing of class A office building
• Representation of investment bank in $240 million pledge loan transaction secured by hotel and spa
• Representation of investment fund in $60 million mezzanine loan investment relating to casino and hotel development
