Over the past 20 years, Thomas Going has devoted his practice primarily to the representation of insurance companies in insurance contract disputes around the United States.  He has a broad range of experience in state and federal courts litigating third party liability claims and complex high value claims for insurance coverage related to asbestos, pollution, toxic exposures and advertising injury.  He has participated in numerous jury trials, mediations, and arbitrations.  This experience provides Tom with the ability to deal with each individual clients’ needs, making it possible for him to develop an effective strategic approach that maximizes results for his clients.
