Suzanne Prybella focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, as well as on issues of federal, state and local taxation. She also handles commercial lending matters involving the representation of various clients in transactions involving secured and unsecured lending and asset based financing.
While attending law school, Suzanne served as President of the Latin American Law Students Association and she was a member of the Christian Legal Society. As a law student, she volunteered at the Ayuda Legal Clinic, which provides legal advice to low-income, predominantly minority clients. Suzanne received the Barrister's Award for Excellence and an Outstanding Oral Advocacy Citation in Trial Advocacy I. She was also honored as a Beasley scholar.
Suzanne is currently pursuing a LL.M. in Taxation degree and an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple. She continues to volunteer through the Ayuda Legal Clinic and through Philadelphia VIP.
