Rosemary Schnall Partner

Rosemary Schnall defends hospitals, physicians, nurses and other health care providers in complex malpractice lawsuits as well as corporate liability suits with multi-million dollar exposure. She has tried cases throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania and has defended clients in Federal Courts against allegations of civil rights violations. She also counsels hospital administrators, physicians and nurses on risk management, risk avoidance and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations impacting health care. Rosemary also defends product liability lawsuits and premises claims. She has successfully represented clients in appellate courts. 

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Rosemary worked as a critical care nurse.  Later, she was a Senior Clinical Research Associate for a biopharmaceutical company where she managed clinical trials involving investigational medications. While in law school, Rosemary was on Law Review and served as a Staff Articles Advisor for The Journal of Corporate Law.
