Robert Wright Partner

Bob Wright has been a trial attorney for 31 years and has extensive jury trial experience in the areas of disability law, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, commercial disputes, health care, insurance fraud and general litigation.

Bob has litigated many disability, ERISA and coverage cases resulting in industry favorable appellate decisions, including the groundbreaking "Prior Manifestation" Doctrine adopted by the New Jersey Supreme Court in Haas v Paul Revere Life Insurance Company. 

Bob’s healthcare practice includes two terms as Council to the Medical Staff of Hackensack University Medical Center. 

Bob has lectured at a number of legal and industry events, including the Eastern Claims Conference, New Jersey State Bar Convention and the American Conference Institute, on  various insurance topics.  

Bob has been recognized by the Paul Revere Life Insurance Company and UnumProvident for extraordinary service.

Throughout his career, Bob has been active in legal and industry groups and has served as program chair for the Justice Robert L. Clifford American Inn of Court and as chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court District IIA Fee Arbitration Committee. He was also an attorney volunteer for victims of September 11th tragedy through Trial Lawyers Care.
