Robert F. Horn specializes in the fields of workers' compensation subrogation and property subrogation.  Bob represents a variety of major insurance carriers and individual claimants to secure complex recoveries in cases involving product liability, negligence, construction accidents, and premise liability litigation.  In addition to recovering the past liens in workers’ compensation subrogation cases, Bob often negotiates the closure of the future workers’ compensation benefits in a global settlement. Bob practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.

Prior to joining White and Williams 10 years ago, Bob worked in insurance claims – for 13 years – as a senior adjuster including serving on the catastrophic team as a field adjuster for hurricanes Hugo and Andrew.  He also worked as a unit manager and senior trial attorney at Allstate Insurance Company.

While in law school he received the American Jurisprudence Award for the Study of  Insurance.
