Robert Caplan is an associate in the Subrogation Department practicing exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation. He has more than 22 years of litigation experience focusing primarily on negligence and products liability claims. Robert practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.
Robert has successfully represented clients in complex workers' compensation and property subrogation cases including fire, flood, roof collapse, construction defect, workplace accident and product malfunction claims in numerous federal and state jurisdictions around the country.
In addition to litigating and trying cases, Robert is a frequent lecturer at national and regional conferences held by the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) where he is also a Track Leader for the Workers' Compensation Subrogation Track.

Robert has been AVĀ® rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system and was selected as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" in 2004 by Law & Politics magazine.
