Peter T. Parashes Partner

Peter Parashes is Chair of the 30-lawyer Subrogation Department of White and Williams, whose subrogation practice extends throughout the United States. 

Peter has concentrated his practice in the field of subrogation since 1978. He has extensive trial experience and has also served as an expert witness in lawsuits on the subject of subrogation.

Peter has been a frequent speaker at insurance forums, including the PLRB and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, on various subrogation-related topics. He has authored several papers and articles on the subject and has served on NASP's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. 

Recognition & Involvement

Peter has been AV® rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer-review rating system, was elected an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and named in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine for 2004 through 2008, 2010 and 2011.
