Pete Schwenker is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation. He handles cases involving property damage from fire, negligent construction and product liability. Pete practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.
In law school, Pete served as a staff editor for the Rutgers Law Journal and participated in the Rutgers Children’s Justice Clinic, providing free legal services to disadvantaged youths in Camden County, New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Pete served as law clerk to the Honorable Francine Axelrad in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.
