For nearly 30 years, Nancy Siegel has effectively defended professionals in the insurance and healthcare industries against claims of professional negligence. She represents licensed insurance producers and real estate brokers, physicians, nurses, hospitals and long-term care facilities. She provides advice to insurance companies and defends claims against them and their insureds. Nancy has extensive trial, appellate and mediation experience in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Nancy teaches continuing educational courses for peers and professionals.
Representative Matters
- Successfully argued to the N.J. Appellate Division that the Consumer Fraud Act does not apply to licensed insurance professionals resulting in a published opinion Plemmons v. Blue Chip, 904 A.2d 875 (N.J App. Div. 2006)

- Represents assisted living/long-term care communities
- Defended company that provides health care against numerous prisoner civil rights and medical negligence MRSA claims
- Represents insurers in bad faith and coverage claims

- Represents safety consultant in construction accident litigation
Recognition & Involvement
Nancy is a member of the historic Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia where she has serves on the Capital Campaign Committee, writes curriculum for its children’s programs and teaches in the elementary Bible School.
