Michelle D. Coburn Partner

Michelle Coburn focuses her practice on construction litigation, products liability, bad faith litigation and consumer fraud claims.  She has represented several major construction and manufacturing companies, as well as premises owners, in the defense of large personal injury matters.  She also has extensive experience defending general negligence claims for insurance companies.

Michelle has served as both lead and associate trial counsel in jury and non-jury trials and has handled more than 150 arbitrations in federal and state court.

While in law school, Michelle was an editor of the Law Review.

In 2005, Michelle was named in a survey of her peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" attorney by Law & Politics magazine
