Luke Repici handles a variety of litigation matters including, Life, Health and Disability Insurance, premises liability and bad faith and extra contractual damages claims.  His practice has focused on the representation of utilities and insurance companies in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. 

Luke brings a strong attention to detail to his analysis of claims handling, emphasizing the evaluation of the particular facts of the matter through the specific terms of the policy.   In his premises liability practice, Luke vigorously defends the interests of his clients, developing a thorough understanding of the relevant facts and related circumstances.

  • Represented a national insurance company, defending against bad faith claims handling in the disability insurance context, including defending against broad-based non-claim specific discovery
  • Represented a utility company, defending claims of negligence and strict products liability related to a residential fire
  • Represented a utility company, defending negligence claims related to contractor accidents
  • Represented insurance companies in litigation involving claims of misconduct by agents and brokers
  • Represented Insurers defending claims of breach of health and disability contracts, involving misrepresentation in the claim and/or policy application
  • Represented disability insurers in claims involving own-occupation disability insurance claims

Recognition & Involvement

Luke is a volunteer attorney for the Homeless Advocacy Project, representing homeless individuals in the City of Philadelphia in a variety of matters.   Luke volunteers for numerous civic and non-profit organizations, including the Concord Coalition and Mobilize.org.
