Louisa Chen has been dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to injured victims since 2003. (See the Plaintiff Personal Injury Group website at www.thepanjinjurylawyers.com). She has extensive experience in a wide range of areas including products liability matters, construction site accidents, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability matters and claims arising from environmental pollution.  Louisa has served as both lead and associate trial counsel in jury trials. 

She prides herself on helping her clients obtain exceptional results through a uniquely friendly, personal style of legal representation.  She provides truly personalized, accessible legal services for our clients. 

While in law school, Louisa was a member of the distinguished Temple University's National Trial Team and earned the Outstanding Oral Advocate Award at a competition.  She also received the Victor A. Jaczun Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and Outstanding Advocate Award for Trial Advocacy.

Louisa is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.  She is committed to the Chinese Community and regularly represents Chinese speaking clients to help them better understand their rights in the legal system. She also volunteers for the Indigent Program in Philadelphia and the Wills for Heroes Program, a free will-drafting program for Philadelphia-area firefighters and police officers.

Recognition & Involvement

In 2007, Louisa was named as one of the "Minority Attorneys On The Verge" by the Legal Intelligencer.   

Louisa has also been named to the Pro Bono Roll of Honor from the First Judicial District of PA for her volunteer work. She also serves as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court System.
