Kevin Cottone’s practice is devoted to defending catastrophic injury cases.  In addition to medical related matters, he has handled numerous other cases from product defects to general negligence to constitutional rights.  Kevin has tried 16 cases to verdict, second chaired numerous other trials and successfully handled many other matters at arbitration or mediation. 

Kevin is a frequent speaker on topics related to medical malpractice litigation.  

Recognition & Involvement

In 2005 and 2006, Kevin was named in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" and since 2007, he has been selected as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine.
