Joe Weill is a member of the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy and Real Estate and Institutional Finance practice groups. He represents borrowers and lenders in distressed loan transactions, foreclosure and collection matters, loan modifications and bankruptcy proceedings. He also assists clients with asset based lending transactions where he negotiates and drafts various commercial loan documents.

During law school, Joe served as an Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review.
