Joseph M. Kuffler Associate

Joseph Kuffler is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation.  He handles matters concerning products liability, negligence, construction defect, fire and fidelity losses from investigation through litigation. 

In addition, Joseph has had previous experience handling complex insurance coverage disputes, as well as general commercial litigation matters.  He is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.
