John J. Lawson Associate

John Lawson specializes in insurance coverage litigation, including environmental, asbestos and other mass tort liabilities.  He manages complex, multi-million dollar cases in all facets of litigation, from pretrial strategy through post-trial and appellate relief.  John also has substantial experience in alternative dispute mechanisms, including mediation and arbitration.

John also provides coverage analysis and advice to major insurance companies and third-party claims administrators on complex coverage issues

Before embarking on his legal career, John was an internal auditor for Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PriceWaterhouse Coopers.

While in law school, John was Associate Editor for the Dickinson Law Review and received several American Jurisprudence Awards.
