John Encarnacion Associate

John Encarnacion is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices in the field of insurance subrogation. He practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.

John serves on the Board of Governors and is Vice Chair of the Fee Disputes Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association.  He is also on the Executive Committee of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania, the Board of Directors of Philadelphia VIP and the Leadership Council of the Villanova Law School Minority Alumni Society.

While in law school, John was the Production Editor of the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. 

Recognition & Involvement

John was one of 30 Pennsylvania attorneys honored by The Legal Intelligencer and a panel of judges throughout the state as "Lawyers on the Fast Track" for 2010, for his professional achievements as well as his contributions to the legal profession and the community.
