Jessica King focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate finance transactions, including the origination, modification and restructuring of mortgage loans, B-Notes and mezzanine loans.  She also handles the acquisition and disposition of mortgage loans, B-Notes, mezzanine loans, participations and securitization interests.  Her clients include regional and national institutional lenders and investors.  

During law school, Jessica was a member of the Law Review.

Representative Matters

  • Represented a life insurance company in a $24 million mortgage loan investment relating to a multi-property portfolio
  • Represented a national banking institution in a $89 million mortgage loan involving twelve industrial properties located throughout the United States
  • Represented a regional bank in a $12 million mortgage loan secured by a retail shopping center in Florida
