Jennifer Santangelo brings to her clients a broad range of experience, responsiveness and a practical, team-oriented approach to transactions. Jennifer has practiced finance, real estate and transactional law in both the corporate and law firm settings for more than 20 years. She counsels her clients in all aspects of a transaction, including structuring, documenting and closing transactions and, when necessary, the restructure and workout of non-performing transactions.

Jennifer's clients include national, regional and local financial institutions, equipment finance companies, insurance companies and other commercial parties. She has represented clients in mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, complex real estate financing transactions, asset based loans with an emphasis in healthcare and healthcare vendor program transactions, and syndicated loan transactions. Her practice also includes the acquisition, construction and receivables financing for timeshare projects throughout the country.

Jennifer also provides her services on a pro bono basis to homeowners in Philadelphia through Philadelphia VIP. Her pro bono work includes assisting clients in probate and real estate title matters with the goal of resolving title and tax issues to allow clients to remain in their homes.

Before joining White and Williams, Jennifer served as in-house counsel with a national healthcare finance company, where she provided counsel and assistance in on-going corporate and operational matters, including compliance and risk analysis, employment and contractor matters, vendor programs, portfolio sales, asset backed securitizations and other corporate business agreements.

While attending law school, Jennifer served as research editor of the Temple Law Review, and also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Thomas N. O’Neill, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
