James Donohue focuses his practice on product liability, class action litigation and construction related litigation.

Jim works closely with long-term manufacturing clients in defending lawsuits filed in the Philadelphia region, as well as nationally.  He also counsels and advises manufacturing clients on litigation avoidance. 

Jim is a former chair of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation's Committee on Trial Evidence former Trustee of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation.  

Recognition & Involvement

Jim was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.  He has been AV® rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
