J. Benjamin Staherski Associate

J. Benjamin Staherski is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation. He practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.

While attending college and law school, Benjamin obtained experience in the field of building construction while working for a family business. In law school, Benjamin served as a Comments Editor for the Penn State Law Review and his comment was published in the 2004 Volume 108 issue of the Journal.
