Don Ladd focuses his practice on the defense of professional liability claims for physicians, hospitals and healthcare professionals, as well as general healthcare law.
He specializes in cases involving catastrophic damages and complex medical issues. Don has tried more than 100 major jury trials to verdict throughout Pennsylvania and federal jurisdictions. His clients include medical schools, health systems and major medical centers.
Don has been invited to lecture to many legal and industry associations, including the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Medical Society and Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society. He has been an instructor in multiple continuing medical education courses at area hospitals and has served on ethics committees at local medical institutions. Don also serves as a faculty member for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and has lectured state-wide on Trial Tactics and Medical Malpractice.

In 2005 - 2010, Don was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine and has been AVĀ® rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system
