David S. Huberman

David Huberman has devoted more than 18 years to the representation of insurance company clients in matters involving large and complex property subrogation losses. Throughout his career, David has investigated and litigated hundreds of losses involving fires, explosions, cargo damage, mechanical failures, construction defects, water damage and products liability.

David advises insurers in all phases of recovery activities, from initial on-site investigation to expert retention to litigation, including mediation and trial. He has achieved favorable subrogation recoveries in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States. David has also successfully resolved many matters utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods including mediation.

David is known for his depth of experience, responsiveness, drive and ability to craft favorable recovery outcomes, whether in litigation or not. He thoroughly understands the needs and goals of his insurer clients.

David has litigated matters throughout the United States as lead counsel with the assistance of local counsel. He also serves as an arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas Philadelphia County.
