David S. Huberman Partner

David Huberman is a partner in the Subrogation Department.  His practice focuses on the prosecution of complex insurance subrogation matters involving products failures, fires and explosions, construction defects, water damages, structural collapses, transit and maritime claims. He litigates cases throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.

David also serves as an arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas Philadelphia County.
