David S. Haase Partner

David Haase has extensive experience in the areas of warranty litigation, product liability, complex commercial transactions and high exposure personal injury lawsuits.  His clients include Subaru of America, Hyundai Motor America, Kia Motors America, Inc., and Lotus Cars USA. 

David pioneered the use of litigation strategy seminars for his automobile manufacturer clients and he has lectured extensively across the country on his proactive approach to defending warranty lawsuits.

David is the firm's Hiring Partner. He oversees the Summer Associate Program and all related recruiting efforts. David is a charter member of the firm's Diversity Committee and in his capacity as Hiring Partner, he proudly supports the Philadelphia Diversity Law Group. He also chairs Civil Arbitration Panels in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. 

Recognition & Involvement

From 2005 to 2008, David was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" lawyer by Law & Politics magazine.  In 2010 and 2011, he was also selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine.

Outside the office, David enjoys coaching youth soccer and competing in triathlons.
