David Bronstein concentrates his practice on construction defect cases and has defended numerous clients in litigation involving construction accidents, construction defects, motor vehicle, premises liability and products liability, as well as general liability and insurance litigation.

David does pro bono work for the Philadelphia Volunteer for the Indigent Program (VIP). In 2010 he was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine
