Daniel Snyder practices exclusively in the area of workers' compensation defense. With clients ranging from family-owned businesses to national corporations, he draws upon his 15 years of experience to develop relationships with his clients. Starting with initial interviews and visits to facilities, Dan learns his client's business to better understand the business and legal issues they face, and walks them through all aspects of workers’ compensation defense litigation, including depositions and appellate arguments.
Dan started his career practicing as a plaintiff’s and claimant’s lawyer. He brings that exposure to the claimant’s side, along with his interest in medicine, to his workers’ compensation practice where he continues to represent insurance companies, self-insureds and third party administrators.
In law school, Dan was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society and St. Thomas More Society.
Dan frequently speaks at legal and industry association meetings on a variety of workers' compensation topics ranging from basic handling of a worker's compensation case to current case law updates.
