Dana Monzo focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, professional negligence, toxic tort, personal injury and product liability. She is also experienced in the defense of 42 U.S.C. 1983 constitutional claims within the Third Circuit as well as the State of Delaware.
While attending law school, Dana served as a judicial extern for the United States Magistrate for the District of Delaware, Mary Pat Thynge.
