Alan Charkey is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation. He specializes in researching, briefing and handling matters of unusual complexity and appellate practice. Alan practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.
Prior to starting his law career in 1998, Alan worked as a claim adjuster and supervisor for three major insurers over the course of 13 years.
Alan also holds an Associate in Risk Management and Associate in Management certificates from the Insurance Institute of America.
