Diversity among our lawyers and staff broadens, strengthens and enriches our firm. It creates a work environment of inclusion, respect and learning. This environment in turn benefits our clients because we are able to draw on numerous viewpoints to offer valuable and creative approaches to the matters we handle.
Our Diversity Committee creates and implements strategies to ensure we develop and retain lawyers and staff of every race, ethnicity, culture, religion, gender and sexual orientation. This mission reflects our commitment to hiring and retaining employees who reflect today’s diverse and multicultural society.
Our lawyers are involved in a number of professional and community organizations that share the firm’s goal of diversity, and we’re active in supporting diversity efforts for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania, the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia, the Hispanic Bar Association, the Justinian Society of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Diversity Law Program and the South Asian Bar Association.
For our efforts, White and Williams has been named by MultiCultural Law, a magazine for diversity in the legal profession, to its List of Top 100 Law Firms for Diversity.
