Members of the Corporate Practice Group represented the lead investor in negotiating and documenting a Series B Preferred Stock Investment in Masten Space Systems, Inc. The transaction involved negotiation of various investment documents including a stock purchase agreement, investor rights agreement, right of first refusal agreement and voting rights agreement.
