In defending brokers, we draw upon the firm's experience litigating coverage and defense cases in areas such as healthcare, environmental coverage, municipal liability, employment practices, fraud and property insurance. That experience contributes to our Group's success defending claims against insurance producers. The Agent/Broker Practice Group works with claims executives at the major errors and omissions underwriters as well as with corporate counsel and loss control executives for several of the one hundred largest brokerage firms in the United States. We routinely present educational and loss prevention seminars to our brokerage and insurance carrier clients. In addition to professional liability litigation services, our Group represents licensed insurance producers in compliance and licensing proceedings before state regulators.
