The 2007 Coverage College, an inaugural program focused on claims handling issues, was held at the University of Pennsylvania and attended by over 200 insurance industry professionals. As a follow up to last year's highly successful event, we are pleased to announce that plans for the 2008 Coverage College are in the works.

This dynamic all-day event will focus on a variety of issues confronting claims professionals, with the program's "classes" presented by a skilled and experienced "faculty."

This year's college will include Masters classes on topics such as:

• Emerging intellectual property issues and related coverage problems
• Oops! Is that bad faith?
• Relationships with reinsurers and "follow the settlements"
• Construction Defect - including contractual liability
• Additional insured tenders
• Trying an insurance coverage case
