Tony Lu Named 2009 Diverse Attorney of the Year

Philadelphia – Tony Lu, an associate in the China Business Practice Group of White and Williams LLP, was recently named a 2009 Diverse Attorney of the Year by the Legal Intelligencer.

While Mr. Lu focuses his practice on corporate and business matters, his experience with domestic mergers and acquisitions, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and compliance, and general corporate governance, has allowed him to focus on international business transactions as well. Mr. Lu regularly advises U.S. clients doing business in China and Chinese clients doing business in the U.S.

Previously a lawyer in China, Mr. Lu has an intimate understanding of China's legal and business environment and close relationships with professionals working in both arenas. This experience, coupled with a strategic alliance formed between White and Williams and Shanghai-based Xue Law Firm, enables Mr. Lu to spend a significant amount of time practicing from China.
