Mr. Martin is an associate who counsels clients in all phases of litigation and risk management.  The focus of his practice is complex civil litigation in the areas of construction, insurance coverage, toxic tort, products liability, warranty litigation, and representing education institutions. He has counseled a number of large companies in contract negotiations and disputes, employment matters, and asset recovery.  In addition to his trial experience, he regularly represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and mediation.

Mr. Martin received his B.S. in 2001 from the University of Delaware and his J.D. in 2004 from Villanova University School of Law. While attending Villanova, Mr. Martin was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He is licensed to practice in Delaware. Mr. Martin is also admitted to appear before the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Currently, he is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the America Inns of Court, Rodney Chapter.
