Mr. Martin is an associate in the Litigation Department.  The focus of his practice is complex civil litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, construction litigation, insurance coverage, toxic tort, products liability, and personal injury.  He has represented a number of large construction companies, as well as premises owners in the defense of large personal injury matters.

Mr. Martin received his B.S. in 2001 from the University of Delaware and his J.D. in 2004 from Villanova University School of Law.  While attending Villanova, Mr. Martin was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.  He is licensed to practice in Delaware.  Mr. Martin is also admitted to appear before the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.  Currently, he is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the America Inns of Court, Rodney Chapter.
