Mr. Kozoriz is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Insurance Fraud Practice Group. He has extensive experience in the areas of life and disability insurance law, insurance fraud, personal injury defense, commercial litigation, and appellate practice.

Mr. Kozoriz received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 1996. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999, where he was the Articles Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Kozoriz served as law clerk to the Hon. Nicholas J. Stroumtsos, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, County of Middlesex.

Mr. Kozoriz is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, the United States District Court for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Kozoriz is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.
